Contact the event organizer prior to making plane reservations. The closest airports are Chicago O’Hare (ORD), Chicago Midway (MDW) and Indianapolis International (IND). We highly recommend flying into Indianapolis, as it is much less congested and the actual mileage and travel time are roughly the same from Chicago to Lowell. It's a straight shot from Indianapolis International up I-65 to Lowell. Plan on air travel to arrive before 1500 CST on Friday, and after 1900 CST on Sunday. As much as possible, we will try to arrange shuttles to and from these two airports, please contact the event organizers prior to booking your plane tickets. Otherwise, rental cars are available from all airports. As of 5/1/5, Avis had a intermediate rental for four passengers for under $80 Friday-Sunday. You may ship items in advance to the site. Please time the shipments to arrive UPS Ground to Lowell, IN no earlier than Wendesday, August 17th. Your local UPS office can help you plan this accordingly. UPS shipping insurance is your responsibility. The equipment will be stored in an extremely secure location on government property; it is your responsibility to insure your equipment is insured against loss by your carrier. Weapons cannot be shipped UPS The UPS shipping address is: Buckley Homestead For return shipping, everything must be packed with a completed UPS waybill, and you must provide a credit card number on the UPS waybill for billing the return shipping.
