2008 Kriegsberichter der Luftwaffe Activities

This year will have several official Kriegberichter der Luftwaffe (LW War Correspondents). Just look for the Fallschirmjäger with the cameras and Kriegsberichter der Luftwaffe cufftitles. Our Kriegsberichter der Luftwaffe will be documenting the event, as well as providing studio and action shots for individuals at no cost.

We learned the first year that we need to provide several Kriegberichter der Luftwaffe for the event, due to the large number of photographic opportunities, and the need to be in several places at the same time. Also we will be locating the formal portrait studio in the Kasino, so that it will be convenient every evening for participants.

We'll be doing portrait shots, candid ones during the event, and also taking mpeg/DVD footage for a "movie" of training, simulated boarding (and or jumping out of the door) of the plane, and if anyone brings actual FJ items for display and photos.

We'll also have a period 35mm Leica and Rolliflex twin-lens for taking traditional period photographs, and the medium format film for shooting photos that can be enlarged to poster size similar to recruiting photos, etc.
